"Ken is a young man in his 20s with alot of energy and information to show me around tokyo. He was even willing to meet me short notice on my first day when it was raining very very badly which shows his dedication to the job. I had booked him for three days and was very helpful in showing me around the great city of tokyo. He even suggested certain places to visit which wouldnt be common to see as a tourist e.g otter cafe, dog cafe, Joypolis etc etc etc from what i remember. With him being american japenese...no doubt his japenese comes handy of course...especially dealing with someone who cant speak english if any queries were to be made for a restaurant, shopping etc. My only negative thing to say (not any fault of kens) but due to my JR pass expiring and me getting a new one...it did eat up into 30 minutes of my time with him so if you want to utilise all the time with Ken...please make sure you sort these things beforehand to avoid potentially missing out on any attractions. I highly recommend Ken...for the price he offers which is the cheapest compared to everyone else...he is worth it. Thank you for all the help Ken, i cant wait to come to Japan again."
